Celrun announced on 1st day that it has entered the contract as above-stated with Sky life

CAS, the essential function of digital broadcasting commercialization,

is the solution for contents protection and pay channel operator’s service.

The domestic CAS developed by Celrun, encoding the foreign CAS

and Celrun CAS together in real time broadcasting and transmits,

is adjustable system for foreign CAS support satellite and cable

broadcasting transmission.

Celrun said that Celrun CAS doesn’t need to pay the royalty

to overseas and support the way of smart card reader ,

software module and also ROM ( Read only memory).

Sky life have verified 2 years and decide to develop the final commercial

products and introduce officially.
